Folks, it’s that special time of the year again — the 93rd Annual Charles County Fair runs from Sept. 15-18 with all the fun and excitement we look forward to each year. The Fine Arts and Photography Division will be really special with new and exciting modifications designed to enhance your experience as both exhibitors and viewers.

Many of the exciting changes fall under photography with updates to entry rules, division categories, sections, classes and age classifications. It is important to refer to The Charles County Fair Book on pages 51 and 52, for all new changes in “Department R.” The fair book was inserted into the Maryland Independent in the middle of July with copies available at all county libraries as well as the fair office. The Charles County Arts Alliance Board of Directors, its members and the enthusiastic volunteers are expecting to see all of our old friends and hoping to make many new friends, too.
