Disturbed by historic vehicle law changes

I received a letter stating there is a change in the historic vehicle use and was ver y disturbed.

This, to me, is nothing more than an attempt to generate more revenue and put some owners at a hardship. This mostly affects elderly people, as they are the majority owners of the historic vehicles, and in most cases it is their only mode of transportation.

I strongly protest such a move, as it is totally wrong and the state of Maryland certainly can find better ways to generate revenue instead of putting a burden on such a small group of people. I expect this will be repealed, and a petition is being generated to get this overturned.

Note: The car clubs should protest this as well and get a petition to get it overturned.
