Maryland Independent - - Business -

Long & Foster Real Estate announced recently that Ross Hunsberger joined its Waldorf office. He will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers throughout southern Maryland and surrounding areas.

A native of La Plata, Hunsberger received his real estate license in 2015. Prior to joining Long & Foster, he worked with a competing local franchise. He also worked in marketing and business development shortly after receiving his bachelor’s degree in business management from Catholic University. While at Catholic, he played on the school’s baseball team.

“It’s simple: you get out what you put in. As an athlete, there was never a limit to perfecting my craft,” Hunsberger said in press release. “The same can be said for my role as an agent in the ever-changing world of real estate. Markets change, technology changes, client needs change, and it’s my job to be at the forefront.”

Hunsberger has also been working with his father and a longtime friend as part of RTR Solutions, a business dedicated to revitalizing homes in southern Maryland.

In addition to his real estate and construction work, Hunsberger volunteers as a basketball referee and coach with Special Olympics and has been doing so for the past two years.
