Mid-Atlantic Tournament Baseball will hold its Fall Brawl tournaments for 11-U and 14-U on Oct. 1 and 2 and for 12-U and 13-U on Oct. 8 and 9. Mid-Atlantic Tournament Baseball will hold hitting and infield sessions for players in 10-U to 17-U starting Oct. 21 at Rawlings Indoor Facility, 499 Ski Lane, Millersville.
Camp instructors will be current Kansas City Royals area scout Steve Miller and Ryan Metzler, a ninthround pick of the Toronto Blue Jays in 2014.

Team Fire Elite Youth Basketball will hold tryouts for the upcoming AAU season Wednesdays through November at Malcolm Elementary School, 14760 Poplar Hill Road, Waldorf. Children 7 to 12 will try out from 6 to 7 p.m., children 13 to 15 will try out from 7 to 8 p.m. and children 16 and 17 will try out from 8 to 9 p.m.

Southern Maryland Sabres
Hockey Club invites girls to attend the International Ice Hockey Federation’s world girls try hockey for free event from 3:30 to 4:50 p.m. Oct. 8 at Capital Clubhouse in Waldorf. Girls 3 to 18 are invited.
Participants should bring a helmet (bicycle or any kind), gloves (any type) and hockey stick (if a participant has one, or Southern Maryland Sabres will have some provided). Ice Skate Rental will be provided if a participant needs it.
