Hous­ing de­vel­op­ment opens in La Plata

On June 16, Qual­ity Built Homes and sales man­ager Teresa Klopfer held a rib­bon cut­ting cer­e­mony for the com­pany’s new­est hous­ing de­vel­op­ment, Au­tumn Woods in La Plata.

Del. Edith Pat­ter­son (D-Charles) and Charles County Cham­ber of Com­merce Pres­i­dent Betsy Burian pre­sented a plaque to Qual­ity Built Homes and Klopfer.

Guests were Brenda Lowe, Kelly Burch and Danny Michael with Old Line Bank; Olga Roberts with BB&T Home Mort­gage; and Michael Klopfer and Roberto Romero with the Law Firm of James F. Farmer. Fel­low Real­tors in at­ten­dance were Trish Nicely, Jes­samyn Spain, Robert “Bobby” Brown and Justin “Andy” Brown of RE/MAX 100 in White Plains.

Au­tumn Woods, off of Route 6 in La Plata, will have 34 home sites.
