Mar­rick Homes wins top award

Mar­rick Homes re­ceived top hon­ors at the 2016 Great Amer­i­can Liv­ing Awards Oct. 6 at the McLean Hilton in McLean, Va., ac­cord­ing to a news re­lease.

The an­nual awards rec­og­nize and cel­e­brate ex­cel­lence in de­sign, sales, ar­chi­tec­ture and mar­ket­ing in the Washington, D.C., Mary­land and Vir­ginia.

Mar­rick Homes’ new­est luxury sin­gle-fam­ily com­mu­nity, Sur­ratts Cross­ing in Clin­ton, re­ceived top hon­ors for Best In­te­rior Mer­chan­dis­ing, De­tached Home $500,001-600,000 for the Pine­hurst model.

Sur­ratts Cross­ing fea­tures 50 sin­gle-fam­ily home­sites, each with a mul­ti­tude of floor­plan and el­e­va­tion op­tions. Each home also of­fers var­i­ous deck and pa­tio con­fig­u­ra­tions to max­i­mize the nat­u­ral sur­round­ings. Neigh­bor­hood ameni­ties in­clude na­ture trails, tot lots and com­mon ar­eas.
