Lo­cal man ac­cused of sex­u­ally abus­ing pa­tient

Met­ro­pol­i­tan po­lice say a Charles County man was ar­rested last week, ac­cused of sex­u­ally abus­ing a pa­tient at a Wash­ing­ton, D.C. hospi­tal.

Pre­mar­cos Si­mon, 51, of Wal­dorf, an em­ploy- ee at United Med­i­cal Cen­ter, was ar­rested af- ter re­port­edly sex­u­ally abus­ing a woman as she re­ceived med­i­cal treat- ment on Sun­day morn­ing, ac­cord­ing to the Met­ro­pol­i­tan Po­lice De­part­ment. He has been charged with first-de­gree sex­ual abuse of a pa­tient.

Hospi­tal of­fi­cials did not im­me­di­ately re­spond to in­quiries re­gard­ing Si­mon’s em­ploy­ment sta­tus.

Po­lice ask that any­one who has in­for­ma­tion re­gard­ing this sub­ject com­mit­ting sim­i­lar crimes to call the Met­ro­pol­i­tan Po­lice De­part­ment at 202-727-9099.
