Investigators believe White started the fire intentionally following a domestic dispute.

Around 6:57 a.m. on Dec. 15, firefighters from the Waldorf volunteer fire department and the surrounding area responded to the two-story house located in the 6700

With bond set at $500,000, White remains in custody at the Catawba County Detention Center in North Carolina and awaits extradition to Charles County.
