McDon­ald’s cof­fee sales ben­e­fit Spring Dell

March is Na­tional Dis­abil­i­ties Aware­ness Month and to rec­og­nize the im­pact peo­ple with dis­abil­i­ties have made in the com­mu­nity, three McDon­ald’s lo­ca­tions op­er­ated by the Wel­burn Or­ga­ni­za­tion will do­nate 50 per­cent of hot and iced cof­fee sales on Mon­days to Spring Dell Cen­ter.

Funds gen­er­ated from cof­fee sales will ben­e­fit pro­grams ded­i­cated to con­nect­ing peo­ple with dis­abil­i­ties in Charles County to the com­mu­nity and em­ploy­ment, ac­cord­ing to a news re­lease. Par­tic­i­pat­ing lo­ca­tions in­clude 109 Drury Drive in La Plata (next to the Pepsi-Cola Com­pany), 6385 Crain High­way in La Plata (Food Lion Shop­ping Cen­ter) and 3000 Crain High­way in Wal­dorf (next to Out­back). Sim­ply pur­chase your Mon­day cof­fee at one of these three lo­ca­tions, and join the move­ment to spread aware­ness about dis­abil­i­ties and the ini­tia­tives that trans­form lives lo­cally.

Each Mon­day, share your pur­chase by post­ing on Facebook, Twitter or In­sta­gram us­ing #Spring4McCafe, and you will be en­tered into a raf­fle to win gifts from McDon­ald’s. A new raf­fle win­ner will be se­lected each week in March.
