Brown, and Un­known Owner of the prop­erty de­scribed as 6 AC RT 425 Map - 0030 Grid - 0012 Par­cel - 0401, the un­known own­ers heirs, de­visees, and per­sonal rep­re­sen­ta­tives, and their or any of their heirs, de­visees, ex­ecu­tors, ad­min­is­tra­tors, grantees, as­signs, or suc­ces­sors in right, ti­tle, and in­ter­est and CHARLES COUNTY, Mary­land and All un­known own­ers of the prop­erty de­scribed be­low; all heirs, de­visees, per­sonal rep­re­sen­ta­tives, and ex­ecu­tors, ad­min­is­tra­tors, grantees, as­signs or suc­ces­sors in right, ti­tle, in­ter­est, and any and all per­sons hav­ing or claim­ing to have any in­ter­est in the prop­erty and premises sit­u­ate in Charles County, known as No Premise Avail­able and de­scribed as Lot Size 6 AC Rt 425 on the Tax Roll of the Direc­tor of Fi­nance, De­fen­dants.

The ob­ject of this pro­ceed­ing is to se­cure the fore­clo­sure of all rights of re­demp­tion in the here­in­above de­scribed prop­erty sold, ei­ther di­rectly or via as­sign­ment, by the Col­lec­tor of Taxes for the State of Mary­land and CHARLES COUNTY to the Plain­tiff in the pro­ceed­ing. The Com­plaint states, among other things, that the amount nec­es­sary for re­demp­tion for the sub­ject prop­erty has not been paid, al­though more than six (6) months from the date of the sale have ex­pired, and more than two (2) months from the date that the first of two (2) sep­a­rate pre-suit No­tices of the tax sale was sent to each re­quired in­ter­ested party have ex­pired.

It is there­upon this 10th day of May, 2017, by the Cir­cuit Court for CHARLES COUNTY, Mary­land.

OR­DERED, that no­tice be given by the in­ser­tion of a copy of this Or­der in some news­pa­per hav­ing gen­eral cir­cu­la­tion in CHARLES COUNTY, Mary­land, once a week for three (3) con­sec­u­tive weeks, on or be­fore the 12th day of June, 2017, warn­ing all per­sons hav­ing or claim­ing to have any in­ter­est in the prop­erty de­scribed above to ap­pear in this Court by the 13th day of June, 2017, and re­deem their re­spec­tive prop­erty or an­swer the Com­plaint, or there­after a Fi­nal De­cree will be en­tered fore­clos­ing all rights of re­demp­tion in and as to the prop­erty, and vest­ing in the Plain­tiff a ti­tle in fee sim­ple or lease­hold, free and clear of all en­cum­brances.

The De­fen­dants are hereby in­formed of the lat­est date to file a writ­ten An­swer or Pe­ti­tion to Re­deem the prop­erty men­tioned in the Com­plaint de­scribed above, and that fail­ure to file a re­sponse on or be­fore the date spec­i­fied may re­sult in a De­fault Judg­ment fore­clos­ing all rights of re­demp­tion in and as to the prop­erty be­ing ren­dered by this Court against them.
