St. Charles se­niors on ‘Pa­rade of Suc­cess’

Grads-to-be visit lo­cal ele­men­tary schools

Charles County Pub­lic Schools se­niors pre­par­ing to grad­u­ate took part in a “Pa­rade of Suc­cess” through neigh­bor­ing ele­men­tary and mid­dle schools this week and last.

The se­niors, in their caps and gowns, pa­raded through the schools to the ap­plause and cheers of ele­men­tary school stu­dents.

On Tues­day, grad­u­at­ing se­niors from St. Charles High School vis­ited Mary B. Neal, Eva Turner and Dr. Gus­tavus Brown el­e­men­tar y schools.

CCPS grad­u­a­tions be­gin Thurs­day evening with St. Charles High School at 7 p..m. Cer­e­monies for Thomas Stone, La Plata and North Point high schools are Friday. Se­niors from Henry E. Lackey, Mau­rice J. McDonough and West­lake high schools are set for Saturday.
