Towers named to dean’s list at Lebanon Valley College
of Hughesville was named to the dean’s list at Lebanon Valley College for the spring 2017 semester. Dean’s list students must maintain a GPA of at least 3.4 out of 4.0.
Towers is pursuing a bachelor of science in accounting. He is a graduate of Saint Mary’s Ryken High School.
Wilburn graduates from Lycoming College
of Accokeek graduated May 13, 2017, from Lycoming College with a bachelor of arts degree in histor y. of Waldorf will attend Hollins University in Virginia this fall. The Thomas Stone High School student graduated with a 4.8 GPA and was involved in the Student Government Association, serving the Student Member of the Board as Thomas Stone’s liason. She plans to continue her student government involvement in college.
Her parents are Timothy and Maleka Green of Waldorf.

Gillissen named to dean’s list at Mount Ida College
of White Plains was named to the dean’s list at Mount Ida College for the spring 2017 semester. He achieved a GPA of 3.33 or higher.
Gillissen is a criminal justice major.

Redmond named to dean’s list at James Madison
of Charlotte Hall was named to the dean’s list at James Madison University for the spring 2017 semester. Students who earn dean’s list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899.
Redmond is scheduled to graduate in 2018 and is majoring in communication studies.
Gonzalez named to dean’s list at Lehigh University
