Hospice grateful to John Denison
Hospice of Charles County is fortunate to have so many supporters throughout our community. Businesses, organizations, volunteers, neighbors and friends alike support us each day, but Hospice of Charles County recently lost one of its unsung heroes who was more of a behind-the-scenes supporter.
John Denison of Denison Landscaping supported and dedicated many years to providing services to Hospice. His generosities are too many to list, but included donating the landscaping when the Hospice House was built; continuous maintenance of the gardens and landscaping; providing poinsettias to sell each year at the Festival of Trees; trimming our Hospice House in Christmas lights for our families and staff to enjoy during the holidays; and supporting many of our events through sponsorships, most recently our annual 5K Walk/Run in April.
Hospice is grateful to have had such a wonderful friend and strong supporter in John Denison and hope he, his family and colleagues always knew (and know today) how much we appreciate how much he believed in us and supported our efforts in providing services to our community. John and his team at Denison will always be a part of our Hospice family. Brandon Jones, Susan Lawrence and
