The Port To­bacco River Con­ser­vancy held its monthly shore­line cleanup at Chapel Point State Park Satur­day morn­ing. Vol­un­teers, armed with ex­tend­able trash grab­bers, picked up beer bot­tles, cans, fish­ing line, dirty di­a­pers and more dur­ing the morn­ing cleanup.

Bobby John­son was pass­ing through the area with his 2-year-old daugh­ter Lucy Satur­day morn­ing and de­cided to lend a hand at the Port To­bacco River Con­ser­vancy’s shore­line cleanup of Chapel Point State Park Satur­day morn­ing.
