Jacobs selected as delegate

Courtney Breeann Jacobs, a sophomore at Yuba City High School, was selected as a delegate to the Congress of Future Medical Leaders June 25-27 in Lowell, Mass.

During the honors-only program for high school students, participants will hear speakers, get advice
