Karlshoej retires from bank board

River Valley Community Bank announced the retirement of Axel Karlshoej and the appointment of Lawrence Raber to its board of directors.

Karlshoej served on the bank’s board since it was formed in June 2006.

Raber is a retired partner with Crowe Horwath LLP, recently concluding his 40year career providing audit and advisory services in the banking industry.

The bank has offices in Yuba City and Grass Valley.
