Diabetes Awareness Scheduled For Aug. 18

Representatives from the McDonald County Health Department will be visiting the Southwest City Senior Center at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18, for a presentation on Diabetes Awareness and Education.

Everyone is encouraged to stop in and take part to become more educated. Afterwards, feel free to stay and have lunch.

Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. Suggested cost is $3.50 for those over the age of 60.

Activities are always taking place so come by the Southwest City or Noel Senior Center and see what is going on and what they have to offer.
