Agnes C. Breck­ner

Jan. 31, 1937 Aug. 5, 2017 Agnes C. Breck­ner, 80, passed away at her home in Las Ve­gas, Nev., Satur­day, Aug. 5, 2017. She was born Jan. 31, 1937, one of 16 chil­dren, to Philip and Bar­bara Reiger in Rugby, N.D.

She mar­ried James Breck­ner on June 29, 1960. They lived in Ven­tura, Calif., and later re­lo­cated to An­der­son, Mo., where they raised two daugh­ters. She en­joyed work­ing on their cat­tle and poul­try farm, and spend­ing time with her fam­ily.

She is sur­vived by her sib­lings, El­iz­a­beth, Pius, Ed­mond, and Cle­mens; her two daugh­ters, Pamela Shel­nutt and hus­band Ti­mothy and Belinda Breck­ner; grand­chil­dren, Am­ber York, Austin Shel­nutt and Kandice Crow; and seven great-grand­daugh­ters, Ains­ley and Agnes York, Fin­ley, Piper and Ar­wen Shel­nutt and Ad­di­son and Mia Crow.

Grave­side ser­vices were held at Peace­ful Val­ley Ceme­tery in An­der­son at 10 a.m. Mon­day, Aug. 14, 2017, where she was laid to rest.

Ozark Fu­neral Home of An­der­son was in charge of ar­range­ments.

Ja­cob (Jake) Dean Reece, 22, went home to heaven sud­denly, Fri­day, Aug. 11, 2017. He was born on Dec. 26, 1994, in Clare­more, Okla., to Amos Reece and Kim­berly Bo­han­nan-Reece.

He grad­u­ated from Jay High School, Class of 2013. Dur­ing his high school years, he let­tered in wrestling, and was a proud team player among his wrestling team. He loved kayak­ing with his brother and friends. He worked with Wet­zel Tank Con­struc­tion Com­pany of South­west City, Mo., for about three years. He was a fun-lov­ing guy, and was loved very much by all who knew him. His sense of hu­mor, fear­less­ness, and beau­ti­ful blue eyes will be missed very much.

He was pre­ceded in death by his mother, Kim­berly; ma­ter­nal grand­par­ents, Clyde Bo­han­nan, and Eve­lyn Stan­ley.

He is sur­vived by his fa­ther, Amos Reece; brother and very best friend, Kaleb Reece; grand­par­ents, Amos and Donna Reece; three un­cles, Bob Reece and wife, Bob­bie, Joshua Reece and wife, Erin, and Lance Miller and wife, Dawn; aunt, Mandy Poole and hus­band, Bob; nu­mer­ous great-un­cles, great-aunts, cousins, and friends.

Vis­i­ta­tion to greet friends was held 6-8 p.m. Tues­day, Aug. 15, 2017, at Law­son’s Fu­neral Homes & Cre­ma­tion Ser­vices, 311 W. Gray St., Jay, OK 74346.

Cel­e­bra­tion of Life fu­neral ser­vice was held at 2 p.m. Wed­nes­day, Aug. 16, 2017, at Oak Chapel Church, 370 Rd., Jay, Okla., with the Rev. Dar­ren Rob­bins of­fi­ci­at­ing. Burial fol­lowed in South­west City Ceme­tery, South­west City, Mo.

Ar­range­ments were en­trusted and di­rected by Law­son’s Fu­neral Homes & Cre­ma­tion Ser­vices of Jay.
