Ruby Nadine Molder, 90, of Powell,
Mo., died peacefully in her home on
Nov. 2, 2017, following months of declining health.
She was born on Feb. 13, 1927, near Powel to the late Ellis and Iona (Slinkard) Cooper.
She attended high school at White Rock School in Jane, Mo. On Feb. 15, 1946, she married Edwin (Bud) Molder in Columbus, Kan., following a two-week courtship. They enjoyed married life on their farm in Powell, raising cattle and large gardens. She loved to read and visit on the phone with good friends and relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bud on Feb. 25, 1996, 10 days after celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary; granddaughter, Gayla; sister, Imogene Hall; and two brothers, Donald Lee Cooper and William Darrell Cooper.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna (Donald) Woolard; granddaughter, Joni Woolard of Powell; and many other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her.
Graveside funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 3, 2017, at the Union Cemetery in Stella, Mo.
