Ruby Na­dine Molder, 90, of Pow­ell,

Mo., died peace­fully in her home on

Nov. 2, 2017, fol­low­ing months of de­clin­ing health.

She was born on Feb. 13, 1927, near Powel to the late El­lis and Iona (Slinkard) Cooper.

She at­tended high school at White Rock School in Jane, Mo. On Feb. 15, 1946, she mar­ried Ed­win (Bud) Molder in Colum­bus, Kan., fol­low­ing a two-week courtship. They en­joyed mar­ried life on their farm in Pow­ell, rais­ing cat­tle and large gar­dens. She loved to read and visit on the phone with good friends and rel­a­tives.

She was pre­ceded in death by her par­ents; hus­band, Bud on Feb. 25, 1996, 10 days after cel­e­brat­ing their 50th wed­ding an­niver­sary; grand­daugh­ter, Gayla; sis­ter, Imo­gene Hall; and two broth­ers, Don­ald Lee Cooper and Wil­liam Dar­rell Cooper.

Sur­vivors in­clude her daugh­ter, Donna (Don­ald) Woolard; grand­daugh­ter, Joni Woolard of Pow­ell; and many other rel­a­tives and friends who will dearly miss her.

Grave­side fu­neral ser­vices were held at 10 a.m. Fri­day, Nov. 3, 2017, at the Union Ceme­tery in Stella, Mo.
