Cava­liers: Start­ing point guard Ge­orge Hill will miss at least two weeks with a sprained shoul­der, said a per­son who spoke to The As­so­ci­ated Press on con­di­tion of anonymity. Hill was kept out of Wed­nes­day’s loss to Ok­la­homa City be­cause of sore­ness. Hill’s set­back is an­other shot to the Cavs, who are an NBA-worst 1-10 and will be with­out All-Star for­ward Kevin Love for at least an­other five weeks.

Wade missed Wed­nes­day’s win over the Spurs be­cause of per­sonal rea­sons — the birth of a daugh­ter. Wade and his wife, ac­tress Gabrielle Union, an­nounced the ar­rival Thurs­day. She was born via a sur­ro­gate. It’s Wade’s fourth child and Union’s first.

“We are sleep­less and deliri­ous but so ex­cited to share that, our mir­a­cle baby, ar­rived last night via sur­ro­gate and 11/7 will for­ever be etched in our hearts as the most loveli­est of all the lovely days,” Wade posted on his In­sta­gram and Twit­ter ac­counts Thurs­day af­ter­noon.
