Mililani Mauka-Launani Valley Neighborhood Board meets at 7 p.m Feb. 16 at Mililani Mauka Elementary School. Wahiawa-Whitmore Village board meets at 7 p.m. Feb. 22 at Wahiawa District Park, the North Shore board meets at 7 p.m. Feb. 23 at Haleiwa Alii Beach Park and MililaniWaipio-Melemanu meets at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 24.
