Hawaiian Electric Co. observes Arbor Day Nov. 6 at 7 a.m. at Wahiawa Botanical Garden and 9 a.m. at Waimea Valley with trees and shrubs to give away while supplies last, along with advice from experts. Waimea Valley also has a plant sale. Call 543-4441.
