Easter Bunny To Hide 4,000 Eggs In Kapolei

The Easter Bunny is hop­ping into Kapolei Commons to hide his eggs, and keiki ages 2-10 are in­vited to come and find them from 10 a.m. to noon April 19 at the shop­ping cen­ter’s fourth an­nual Easter Egg Hunt.

More than 4,000 prize­filled eggs will be hid­den around the cen­ter for keiki to find. Also avail­able will be pho­tos with the Easter Bunny, face paint­ing and more. At­ten­dees can en­ter to win prizes from var­i­ous Kapolei Commons mer­chants, in­clud­ing gift cards from Of­fice Max and World Trade Jew­elry. The cel­e­bra­tion also of­fers a col­or­ing con­test, in which the first- place win­ners in each age cat­e­gory will earn a $20 Down to Earth gift card.

Reg­is­tra­tion for the egg hunt be­gins at 9 a.m. and is limited to 200 kids per age group. The start­ing times are as fol­lows: 10 a.m. for chil­dren age 2, 10:30 for ages 3-4; 11 for ages 5-6; 11:30 for ages 7-8 and noon for ages 9-10.

Par­tic­i­pants are en­cour­aged to bring canned food do­na­tions to ben­e­fit Hawaii Food­bank.
