Re­cy­cling Sup­ports Camp­bell

Camp­bell High School will con­duct an Aloha ‘Aina re­cy­cling drive this Satur­day to sup­port its pro­grams (through re­demp­tion pay­ments) and clean up the com­mu­nity.

The drive will be open from 9 a.m. to noon, spon­sored by Kokua Hawaii Foun­da­tion, Sch­nitzer Steel and sev­eral other re­cy­cling businesses.

The school is lo­cated at 91-980 North Road.

Vol­un­teers will col­lect scrap metal, bat­ter­ies of all kinds, com­put­ers, game sys­tems, paper, cor­ru­gated card­board, news­pa­per, HI5 bot­tles and cans, used cook­ing oil, printer and toner car­tridges, used ap­pli­ances and more. Good­will can make use of cloth­ing and other house­hold items in good con­di­tion.
