MOST POP­U­LAR CLASS: SPIR▸’s three class cat­e­gories – Ride (in­door cy­cling), Crew (row­ing) and TRX (sus­pen­sion strength train­ing) – of­fer mul­ti­ple class styles and all draw a crowd. But it’s Rhythm Ride, the in­door cy­cling class best de­scribed as a “dance party on a bike,” that is a peren­nial fa­vorite.

WHO IT’S BEST FOR: Peo­ple who want to im­prove their over­all health but need the added mo­ti­va­tion of a team en­vi­ron­ment. Cul­ti­vat­ing pos­i­tive con­nec­tions be­tween in­struc­tors and par­tic­i­pants is a cen­tral fo­cus. “It’s that con­nec­tion and cul­ture that sets us apart,” Krawczyk says.
