Woman killed, three hurt in crash
MOSINEE - A 23-yearold woman was killed and a 3-month-old boy suffered life-threatening injuries after a two-car crash Friday in Mosinee.
The crash, which also injured a 22-year-old man and a woman, happened at 10:48 a.m. at State Highway 34 and County DB, just north of Mosinee. A car traveling southbound on County DB did not stop at a stop sign at the intersection and crashed into another car as it traveled eastbound
on Highway 34.
The woman and the baby are from Mosinee, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol. A 22-yearold Mosinee man in the same car was also injured; his injuries were not life-threatening. Their names were not released pending notification of the family.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 61-year-old Chicago woman, was also injured. Her injuries are not believed to be lifethreatening.
