Summer may return in time for Father’s Day
Summer in Milwaukee is forecast to make a return just in time for Father’s Day.
Look for temperatures to warm into the upper 80s and approach 90 degrees in the Milwaukee metro area away from Lake Michigan.
“We’re going to be getting into a pattern that is more summer-like for us,” said Sean Miller, a meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Sullivan.
Don’t look for a prolonged heatwave, though. It looks like temperatures will cool back down into the 70s at the beginning of next week.
Milwaukee’s Father’s Day forecast calls for sunny skies and a high of 89.
