Share the blame

I am tired of health insurers getting all the blame for the rising costs of healthcare. Look at this article (“Fla. practice, former director agree to $12 million settlement,” ModernHealth, March 23). One single cancer center stole Lord knows how much of our hard-earned tax (Medicare) dollars, and I see this article only on Modern Health and a few Florida papers.

Where is the outrage of these types of practices in the general media? Add them all up and we could probably pay for a portion of this massive entitlement bill President Barack Obama just signed. Because this would actually be real savings vs. the reduction in physician payments that will never stand and was counted in the bill.

Everyday I am more outraged by our inept government.
