Percy Allen II, the late Henry J. Kaiser and Sis­ter Mary Roch Rock­lage have been cho­sen as the lat­est in­ductees into Mod­ern Health­care’s Health Care Hall of Fame. Allen, 70, a for­mer pres­i­dent of the Na­tional As­so­ci­a­tion of Health Ser­vices Ex­ec­u­tives, spear­headed a joint ef­fort with the Amer­i­can Col­lege of Health­care Ex­ec­u­tives to ad­dress racial dis­par­i­ties in health­care man­age­ment. He also is a for­mer pres­i­dent and CEO of the Bal­ti­more di­vi­sion of Bon Se­cours Health Sys­tem.

Kaiser, who died in 1967 at the age of 85, co-founded what is now the 8.6 mil­lion-mem­ber Kaiser Per­ma­nente with Dr. Sid­ney Garfield in 1938. He also es­tab­lished the Henry J. Kaiser Fam­ily Foun­da­tion in 1948, one of the coun­try’s
