Clif­ford Deveny, se­nior vice pres­i­dent of physi­cian prac­tice man­age­ment at Catholic Health Ini­tia­tives in Den­ver; and Dr. Stephen Houff, CEO of Co­gent HMG, based in Brent­wood, Tenn. In an ex­change mod­er­ated by reporter An­dis Robeznieks, the pan­elists dis­cussed the fast pace of med­i­cal prac­tice ac­qui­si­tions by hos­pi­tals and how those hos­pi­tals are in­te­grat­ing the prac­tices into their op­er­a­tions.
