Bea­con Part­ners Pres­i­dent and CEO Ralph Fargnoli Jr. founded the com­pany in 1989 with the in­ten­tion of pro­vid­ing mea­sur­able re­sults for his clients. Like many of Health­care’s Hottest com­pa­nies, Bea­con Part­ners em­pha­sizes cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion and di­a­logue. It was the com­pany’s at­ten­tion to client sat­is­fac­tion that al­lowed Bea­con Part­ners to ride the crest­ing wave of rev­enue in­creases to more than 170% growth in the past five years, Fargnoli says.

“The op­por­tu­ni­ties that are out there for max­i­miz­ing rev­enue in health­care have driven a lot of clients to us be­cause of our rep­u­ta­tion,” he says. “We have what we call a ser­vice guar­an­tee: If we don’t do some­thing to the sat­is­fac­tion of our clients, we make sure we make it good.”

Bea­con Part­ners helps health­care com­pa­nies adopt in­for­ma­tion tech­nol­ogy to “en­hance their pa­tient ex­pe­ri­ence and move them into a more com­pet­i­tive po­si­tion,” Fargnoli says.
