When Sysmex America was named as one Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare in 2011, coming in at No. 38 among medium-sized companies and boasting only a 6% voluntary turnover rate, one of the things employees said they liked best was that the company had the “best customer service and products, provided by the best company in the industry.” The U.S. branch of an international healthcare company based in Japan, Sysmex America outpaced its Japanese and European counterparts in 2012, with sales increasing 5.4% over 2011 figures.
Much of the company’s recent revenue growth coincides with the company’s establishment of the “Sysmex Way” corporate philosophy in April 2007, which states Sysmex’s mission as “shaping the advancement of healthcare,” which the company realizes through a dedication to creating unique and innovative values and “unsurpassed teamwork.”
