In 2007, Iasis Healthcare developed the Hospital Medical Management and Quality Program in an effort to standardize data-driven performance management procedures in its hospitals. Soon after its creation, Iasis expanded the program into a sophisticated system of identifying and prioritizing clinical goals and strategies.
Iasis leadership now relies on the program to leverage best practices and refine processes in an effort to continually improve clinical operations. That quest for improvement has driven 81% revenue growth at Iasis since the management program’s inception.
