Extinction for the ACA

Modern Healthcare - - OPINIONS EDITORIALS -

Regarding “Reform Update: Insurance exchanges in line of fire” (ModernHealthcare.com, July 10), postponing the employer mandate under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act made a mash of the law-of-the-land argument. The ACA is not settled law, but something akin to the progressives’ evolving Constitution. It’s a web of yet to be defined and implemented regulations no one’s particularly clear about until some bureaucrat writes the details. Hold back the funds on this one and let evolution drive it to extinction.
