Corrections and clarifications

The article “Hospital recall management criticized” in the Nov. 24 issue (p. 12), should have said that Trinity Health updated its medical-device recall management program in 2008.

A survey of healthcare CEOs found that about 4 out of 10 had engaged their boards in succession planning. An editing error in the Nov. 24 Guest Expert Comment column (p. 25) led to an incorrect statement of the ratio.
