The idea of con­stantly learn­ing, work­ing to make oth­ers around you bet­ter, be­ing a good com­mu­ni­ca­tor, be­ing able to lead through ad­ver­sity and change. To me, those are as ap­pli­ca­ble to­day as they would have been five years ago, 10 years ago, 20 years ago.
