The integrated delivery system recently partnered with tech company Welltok to customize webbased wellness programs to better reflect the needs of health plan members.
Health Partners will roll out the new platform to about 157,000 eligible individual and small employer plan members next month. It will extend the program to large commercial group markets in 2018 and expects 200,000 to enroll.
