More than 600 overdose deaths were reported last year in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. The death toll is projected to hit 850 this year. The latest: a 9-foot tall prescription pill bottle in downtown Cleveland with a person inside and a label on the outside, telling the story of how the person became trapped in addiction to painkillers.
