Smoked-bear-meat BAKED PO­TATO

Large amounts of bear meat can be used mul­ti­ple ways. One es­pe­cially de­li­cious way to use up left­over smoked bear meat is to grind it in a food pro­ces­sor and top a baked po­tato with it.

Af­ter grind­ing, I like to mix in a lib­eral amount of bar­beque sauce to help the meat stick to­gether. Then, cut a baked po­tato down the mid­dle and salt, pep­per and but­ter it to taste. Place a heap­ing help­ing of ground bear meat on the po­tato along with some grated cheese and more bar­beque sauce. You’ll have a hearty meal fit for king. Some­times this is the best way to in­tro­duce some­one to bear meat, giv­ing them a taste of it dressed up in a way they al­ready en­joy: a loaded baked po­tato.
