Hi Moun­tain Sea­son­ings has, for many years, made our wild-game meats more fla­vor­ful with var­i­ous spices and kits. The com­pany has de­vel­oped a new sea­son­ing line in­tended specif­i­cally for your burger-grilling ac­tiv­i­ties. Among them are: Buf­falo Wing Burger, Gar­lic Pep­per Burger, Fi­esta Salsa Burger, Zesty West­ern Burger, Hick­ory Burger and a Ba­con Sea­son­ing with Black Pep­per & Brown Sugar. They’re easy to use: Just mix the sea­son­ing into the ground meat prior to cook­ing, then form your pat­ties and plop them onto the grill. Each bot­tle sea­sons about 25 quar­ter-pound burg­ers (or roughly 6 pounds of ground meat). If you pre­fer, the Ba­con Sea­son­ing can be used to en­hance the fla­vor of about 75 ba­con slices.
