Camaro Shift Boot

Muscle Car Review - - New Products -

OER now offers a reproduction shift boot for use in 1967-1969 Camaros without a console. Replacing the boot entails three different OER part numbers. First is the boot itself, made from a durable rubber that matches the original “exactly,” says OER. Next comes the shift plate, made from zinc die-cast steel with the correct color black paint and surrounding chrome edge. Third is the shift plate retainer plate, made from stamped steel. Or you can purchase these components as a kit that includes mounting hardware. OER is a manufacturer and doesn’t sell direct, but you can find OER products at a number of reproduction parts retailers, including Classic Industries. Information: OER, 800/955-1511, oerparts.com.
