Stand with your feet shoul­der-width apart and hold a medicine ball at your left hip, arms straight, knees slightly bent. nuickly move the ball up over­head in an arc to the right, then slam it straight down to the floor in front of you. Pick it up and re­peat on the other side, al­ter­nat­ing sides for reps.
