Stand side­ways to and a cou­ple feet away from a wall. eold a medicine ball at your chest with both hands, el­bows down. ootate your shoul­ders and hips away from the wall, piv­ot­ing on your toes, and bring the ball down to your out­side hip. fm­me­di­ately ro­tate back to­ward the wall, ex­tend­ing your arms and re­leas­ing the ball at shoul­der level. Catch the ball as it bounces back, and quickly ro­tate away again, go­ing into the next rep. Do all reps to one side be­fore switch­ing. As you im­prove, try to blend the reps to­gether smoothly. 
