2 (6-oz) chicken breasts 4 tbsp red onions, finely chopped 6 tbsp cherry or viner­ipened toma­toes, chopped 4 large basil leaves, chopped 4 pinches of sea salt 2 pinches of black pep­per 2 pinches of oregano 4 tsp gar­lic, finely chopped 4 tbsp olive oil 2 cups green beans


Com­bine onions, toma­toes, basil, salt, pep­per, oregano, gar­lic and oil. Mix well, cover and re­frig­er­ate. drill chicken breast un­til cen­ter reaches 165 de­grees. Mean­while, steam green beans. Top chicken with tomato mix­ture and serve along­side green beans, tossed with gar­lic and oil.
