AR­I­ANA GRANDE is in “in­tense ther­apy” to cope with the af­ter­shock of the bomb­ing at her 2017 Manch­ester con­cert and the death of rap­per ex-boyfriend

But in­sid­ers said the 25-year-old’s angst has snow­balled since Mac’s sus­pected over­dose Sept. 7. “She was see­ing a shrink al­most every other day — es­pe­cially right af­ter Mac died,” a source spilled.

“The worry is that los­ing Mac has made Ar­i­ana’s anx­i­ety a whole lot worse. Every­one hopes the ther­apy ses­sions work.”

Her ex Mac died Sept. 7 The singer said, “My anx­i­ety hasanx­i­ety!”
