Henry F. Kluth, 83, of New Haven passed away August 10, 2018 at CT Hospice. He was born April 14, 1935 in New Haven to the late Ge­orge and Mary Frances (Mul­rine) Kluth. He was the hus­band of the late Marie (Lib­er­toni) Kluth. Henry is sur­vived by three lov­ing chil­dren, Michael Kluth (Karen) of North Haven, Steven Kluth of East Haven and Deb­o­rah Kluth of New Haven along with four grand­chil­dren, Michael Kluth Jr. (Marissa), Mal­lo­rie Mad­den (Ryan), Steven Kluth and Ni­cholas Kluth. He is also sur­vived by his three great grand­chil­dren, who he adored, Maxwell, An­drew and Ben­jamin Mad­den and sib­lings, Roberta Ru­tovich of Michi­gan, Kevin Kluth of New Haven and Mary Frances Kluth of Bran­ford. Henry is pre­ceded in death by his par­ents, wife and a brother, Ge­orge Kluth. Henry was a US Army vet­eran of the Korean War and a re­tired em­ployee with 35 years of ser­vice from the City of New Haven in the Traf­fic/Park­ing Di­vi­sion. He was a proud fa­ther, grand­fa­ther and great grand­fa­ther who en­joyed spend­ing time with his fam­ily and watch­ing UCONN Women’s Bas­ket­ball.

Fam­ily will re­ceive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sun­day, August 12, 2018 at the Clancy-Palumbo Fu­neral Home, (Clancy Fu­neral Home) 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. His fu­neral pro­ces­sion will leave Clancy-Palumbo Fu­neral Home on Mon­day, August 13 at 9:40 a.m. for a Mass of Chris­tian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Ber­nadette Catholic Church, 385 Townsend Ave., New Haven with Com­mit­tal and Mil­i­tary Hon­ors to fol­low at East Lawn Ceme­tery.
