ROACH MILK? OH, YUMMY!
Researchers in India have identified roach milk crystals produced by lactating Pacific beetle cockroaches (below) as having four times as much nutrition as cow’s milk. But the protein comes at a price, they say the crystals are calorie heavy.
So it’s roach milk and it’s high in calories. I don’t care, you just said you’ll be drinking roach milk and getting fat. The answer is NO! On all levels, on all counts. No.
This is why I will never go on a trip with Bear Grylls, because that’s the kind of thing he’d make me eat. But, if there’s a way to take that technology and biology and use it to help with the worldwide hunger problem, well, I’m all for it.
Sorry, all I heard was calories and I shut down.
