Scores: Didn’t strip doc of $135G

A WEST SIDE STRIP joint is trying to jiggle its way out a lawsuit.

Four strippers from Scores were off-duty when they drugged a heart doctor and ran up his credit card — meaning the business can’t be held liable for the scheme, an attorney for the club argued Wednesday.

Scores is still pursuing $135,000 that Dr. Zyad Younan (photo below)spent at the mammary mecca while he was high on drugs and partying in November 2013.

The women who drugged him have pleaded guilty, but the strip joint insists it knew nothing of the scheme.

“There’s absolutely no evidence they were working or employed on those nights. They came in as patrons,” Scores lawyer Alison Blaine said. “There’s no employer-employee connection.”

She cited texts sent by Younan indicating he had a great time with the women — and noted that he returned to the club with them at least three times. Younan’s attorney, Victoria Cioppettini, countered that it was ludicrous to portray the Scores strippers as freelancers unassociated with the club. “These women were affiliated with Scores. They worked there. They weren’t strangers,” she said. “They had a criminal scheme taking place under their roof.” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Kelly O'Neill will rule on whether Younan can be held liable for the hefty strip club tab. The ringleader of the scheme, Samantha Barbash, was sentenced to five years’ probation in April.
