You Diddy sign legal deal, chef
SEAN (DIDDY) Combs won a round Thursday in his bitter battle with the personal chef who says she was forced to serve the naked mogul “postcoital” cuisine.
A Los Angeles judge ruled Cindy Rueda signed a “plain vanilla arbitration agreement” when she took her job and must use private arbitration to pursue the sexual harassment lawsuit she filed in May.
Rueda’s lawyer, Cristal Cabrera, called the arbitration pact “unconscionable.” In her suit, the chef said she worked for the rapper and entrepreneur under harassing conditions and with inadequate pay from January 2015 through May 2016.
Rueda, 37, claimed that once when she was summoned to serve Combs, 47, a “postcoital meal,” he greeted her wearing nothing and asked “if she was attracted” to him.
