Sex tape sneak hit by a lawsuit
THE WELL-OFF Wall Street creep who got a sweetheart deal following accusations he secretly taped women having sex with him is facing another lawsuit from an alleged victim.
John Kelly, 36, a former Morgan Stanley wealth manager, received a 10-day community service sentence in August 2016 after copping to two misdemeanor counts of attempted unlawful surveillance.
One of the victims filed a civil suit against Kelly a month later — and another woman filed suit against him on Wednesday.
The new woman, referred to as Jane Roe in court papers, claimed she had a yearlong sexual relationship with Kelly starting in December 2011.
Kelly “surreptitiously filmed (her) naked and engaging in private sexual acts with (him) on numerous occasions,” she alleged.
He also posted the explicit videos online “without her knowledge or consent,”she charged. The woman is seeking unspecified damages, according to court papers. Her lawyer declined to comment.
